Julianne Moore isn’t afraid of taking of her clothes! The actress tells Manhattan magazine. “There’s nothing frightening to me about investigating feelings, even if I might not be fully clothed at the time,” she says. “Being undressed in a movie isn’t scary to me. Skiing is scary to me.”
She adds, “All I can think the whole time is, Whoa! I don’t like diving, hate the feeling of my head hitting the water. There are a million things that I’m really terrified of.”
Though she avoids answering any questions about her sexy scenes with Amanda Seyfried in the flick Chloe, she does say they got through the difficult scenes “with jokes.”
Julianne says of her character: “She’s someone who becomes disenfranchised in her own life. Anyone who’s been in a long-term relationship knows that you can wake up one day, look across the bed and ask yourself, Who the hell is that? Then the lack of communication and the stories we tell as a result makes the ground feel shifty and scary.”
