But are these starlets too old to be sporting this spring trend?

Seeing this sexy photo of Cameron Diaz, (at 37), in denim short shorts and a tied-up plaid button-down on the set of her latest flick, Bad Teacher, instantly reminded me of the shot of Sarah Jessica Parker, (who is 45), on the set of Sex and the City 2, where SJP is also sporting a midriff bearing plaid shirt! While we can expect to see tons of crop tops, (like these plaid shirts), in store for spring and summer, is there a certain age where you should retire a look so bold? Even though both starlets are in costume on set, does this mean we can expect to see more women pushing the envelope with racy style choices this spring? Don’t get me wrong, I think both SJP and Cameron look great, but Cameron is showing a little too much skin if you ask me! The height of the top, (which is lower than Cameron’s), paired with jeans, (rather than mini denim shorts!), on SJP is a more appropriate look, but what do you think? They may be in shape, but should they be showing off so much?
