Derek, what happened? We caught you kissing your Dancing With the Stars partner Nicole Scherzinger two weeks ago — so why are you saying you’re not together?
Verrrrrrrrrrrry interesting, Derek Hough. Although we caught you kissing your Dancing With the Stars partner a few weeks ago, we love how you’re now telling us you’d never date a co-worker again!
“I think it’s always best to keep things professional and keep it all separate,” the 24-year-old told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at the LA premiere of The Clash of the Titans March 31, and completely denied there’s anything going on between he and his Dancing With the Stars partner, Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger. “No, [we’re not dating], not at all,” he said.
We think the man doth protest too much! ESPECIALLY because we caught Derek and Nicole’s steamy makeout session on – where else? – the dance floor at Hollywood hotspot Drai’s March 17. Way to stick to your word, Derek!
We can’t say we blame you though. Combining love and romance isn’t always the best idea. After all, your last relationship with a co-worker – former Dancing With the Stars partner Shannon Elizabeth – didn’t have such a happy ending; you eventually split after a year last August.
Come on, Derek, admit it. What happened between you and Nicole?

You can be sure that Derek Hough knows where the camera is in any room!lol He also knows that these bars in Hollywood are full of paps. He makes a play for all of his dance partners because he is desperate for fame.He doesn’t seem to care that Nicole is in a relationship with someone else. Not much of a Professional Dancer or a friend! He is a jerk on the camera and off!

How unfortunate that Derek would rather be known as a player then for his dance talent. I read that he and his band lived with Shannon for a year! A player and a user!

Dating and kissing on the dance floor are not the same thing. So technically, if Derek says he’s not “dating” his partner, he’s probably telling the truth. :-)

Nicole better not be cheating on Lewis. Doesn’t Derek Hough do this with all his partners. What a jerk.
