Do you think Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are really over Hollywood, or is this just another one of their publicity stunts?

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are making a major life change (as if Heidi’s recent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day wasn’t enough) and are fleeing The Hills for a foreign country!

“Spencer and I are moving to Latin America, I think we’re going to move to Costa Rica,” the 23-year-old reality starlet revealed on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show April 5. She added, “It’s a new change, a new life, we’ve had so much going on, we just need to transition. Maybe we’ll come back, but I think for awhile we’ll go there.”

Interesting choice, Heidi, especially given that Costa Rica is where the reality couple competed on (and lost miserably) I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! At the time, it looked like they hated it there – but perhaps they found a love for the Costa Rican jungle when the cameras weren’t rolling?

But according to Heidi’s tweet this morning April 5, she may have a hard time adjusting to the wilderness. “Its a beautiful day to be writing my action movie with my team,” tweets The Hills star. “I have been watching Rambo and inspired to be the Femme Fatale of 2011.” Perhaps Heidi’s action movie will take place in the jungle?

Were not so sure how long Heidi and hubby Spencer, 26, will survive in Latin America. Can they actually exist without being in the limelight? We can’t help but wonder if this is just another one of their infamous publicity stunts – weren’t they “getting divorced” last week, giving each other Indian names, hiring spiritual healers and fighting cyber crime? Hm….
