Bye, Bye Miami – Snooki & Her Crew Are Heading Back Home To The ‘Jersey Shore!’
Who says you can’t go home again? After kick-starting their season in South Beach, your favorite MTV fist-pumpers are winding up back home in Seaside Heights, NJ
Taking the Jersey Shore cast out of New Jersey and moving them to South Beach, Miami never seemed like a good ‘situation’ in the first place. Now, an MTV rep is confirming that Snooki, The Situation, Pauly D and the gang will resume their “GTL” (gym, tanning, laundry) routine back in Seaside Heights for part of the hit series’ second season!
“It’s official, the Jersey Shore cast began filming Season 2 in Miami. Once the boardwalk heats back up, the series will return to the Jersey Shore to complete the season,” the spokesperson said.
Added Tony DiSanto, MTV’s president of programming, “It’s like a big family reunion after all this time. We couldn’t be more excited that the whole group is back together in Miami and they’ll be going back to Jersey when the sun heats up.”
We’ll fist pump to that! Tune in to catch Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Vinny Guadagnino and Angelina Pivarnick cause even more drama on the July 29 season 2 premiere of The Jersey Shore!

I don’t know why they even thought they could move locations and still call it Jersey Shore. I was down in Seaside last week and I didn’t even know where the house was until I was driving past this house where all these people were gathered taking pictures and then I saw the Italian flag painted on the wall and was OHHHH ! This summer I’ll make sure I spend some time on the boardwalk, I usually don’t when the summer people (tourists) arrive.
