Ellen Pompeo has one hot house — I’ll take you on a tour!

Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo sure goes home to a gorgeous, comfy villa in LA’s Hollywood Hills. She let Elle Decor magazine come in and take photographs for their May issue and I guarantee you’ll be jealous.

Ellen lives in the super-high ceilinged pad, which took two years to renovate, with her hubby, music producer, Chris Ivery, 7 month-old daughter, Stella Luna and toy poodles Gigi and Valentino. By the way Stella Luna was the name of the  baby bat who starred in a famous children’s book, by the same name.

Ronald Reagan is rumored to have once — lived in the 1920′s style Spanish home and the place hadn’t been touched and the gardens were overgrown, when Ellen got her hands on the place.

It’s now a bright, white-walled, sun-lit home filled with comfy off-white couches and chairs covered in Moroccan and Mediterranean throw pillows and low coffee tables.

It’s a real homey-eclectic mix of Moroccan, Spanish and southern Italian- type furniture and fabrics. Although Ellen, 40, worked with an interior designer called Martyn Lawrence-Bullard, her pad actually has a personal flavor. It feels like she had a big hand in putting it together AND that she actually lives there.

Quite different from Jen Aniston’s place which feels like a hotel-spa, that no actual human being inhabits. And it’s way more gorgeous than Gerard Butler’s NYC make-out loft.
