LINDSAY’S SAD SPIRAL CONTINUES: Did She Steal a $35,000 Rolex?

On the same day Lindsay Lohan’s apartment was raided by her dad and the police, she was named as a suspect in the alleged theft of a Rolex. Will this send her into yet another frightening episode of substance abuse?
TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan is a suspect and has been questioned by LA police in the case of a $35,000 Rolex watch that someone left at Lindsay’s apartment … then never saw it again.
The watch in question allegedly belonged to a friend of Lindsay’s who left the watch at Lohan’s apartment a while ago and never got it back. When police showed up at Lindsay’s apartment Wednesday, April 21, she claimed to have no clue about the missing watch’s location.
Despite the police saying that they have photographic evidence linking Lindsay to the theft — they say she knows exactly where the watch is located — no arrests have been made.
Lindsay’s attorney tells TMZ the allegations are “completely untrue.”
Lindsay was sued back in May 2008 by an NYC college student for allegedly stealing an $11,000 mink fur coat at 1Oak nightclub in New York. Lindsay settled the suit out of court.
Sounds like Lindsay needs some parental control. But, is her father Michael Lohan, who is a convicted criminal himself, really the right guy to get conservatorship over her?
Michael served a 2.5 year sentence starting in 2005 at Collins Correctional Center in New York for driving under the influence of alcohol and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

wow. i didn’t know about the stolen fur coat. can you imagine that college student when they caught a glimpse of their stolen coat on lohan’s back in the press! the nerve! i didn’t know lindsay was a thief, too. wow. how embarrassing. she really sounds like trash. it’s sad. and, refusing to give her friend’s watch back? sure, she could’ve lost track of it (and who leaves a 35k watch laying around at their friend’s)- but my guess is that the cops have a picture of linds with it on her wrist. (what other photo evidence could they have that proved she knew where it was and wasn’t being truthful?) she is really out of control. so sad and embarrassing.
