Sandra & Jesse Are Selling Their Beachside California Home! She’s Ready To Start Her New Life With Louis!

It’s “bye-bye” California, “hello” New Orleans for Sandra & baby Louis!
As part of their ongoing divorce, Sandra Bullock, 45, and Jesse James, 41, are parting ways with the house they owned together in Southern California, RadarOnline.com is reporting. And as we told you yesterday, it looks like Sandra had baby Louis Bardo Bullock in mind when she bought her $2.25 million Victorian home in New Orleans. She even recently started having it refurnished! Is there any doubt in your mind that’s where Sandra & Louis are headed to start their new life together?
The realtor wouldn’t provide any further information about the $6 million beachside property, including whether it was Jesse or Sandra who initiated the sale. Interestingly, though, the site reports the home is being sold by the same realtor who is in charge of the building in Long Beach, Calif., that is thought to be the headquarters of Jesse’s magazine publishing business.
I’m glad Sandra and Louis are getting a fresh start in Louis’ hometown. I just hope Jesse’s kids — Jesse Jr., 12, Chandler, 15, and Sunny, 6 — aren’t too heartbroken about saying goodbye to their childhood home.

First of all, Sandy didn’t have a thing to say about Jesse selling this house because it was his years prior to their wedding. He stated this on the Howard Stern Radio program. All their assesses have been kept separate from the beginning. It was the way they wanted it and in their prenup. The only thing that Jesse is doing for Sandy is not giving her any trouble over joint adoption of Louis, which he actually has the right to do.
I believe that Jesse is bending over backwards not to make waves and have everything run smooth via the divorce. I can picture that when it comes to all 4 children, both Sandy and Jesse will still be right in there for them.
I don’t like stories that are obviously made up like “don’t know who initiated the sale”. The owner of the home initiated the sale.

They both are moving on….better like that …dont keep houses or things there can remind them about life before split…..it is healthier that way!!!
