Denise Richards will now have full custody of Sam & Lola! Good thing, because Charlie Sheen has way too much other drama going on right now!

Charlie Sheen must realize that he has too much family drama on his hands!

After years of battling with ex-wife Denise Richards, Charlie is handing over full custody of their two daughters to her. According to TMZ.com, “Denise signed a written agreement, giving her full legal custody of  6-year-old Sam and 4-year-old Lola.”  Previously, the exes shared custody of the kids.

But after all that Charlie has been through in his marriage to Brooke Mueller — including rehab and arrest — Denise wanted to make sure she could make decisions involving the kids without written permission from him.  ”Given Charlie’s current marital turmoil, sobriety issues and criminal problems,” a source tells TMZ Denise asked for full custody “and Charlie didn’t put up a fight.”

Denise can now “make medical, schooling and other important decisions without getting Charlie’s sign-off. She can also leave the country with the kids without Charlie’s permission.” The actor will still have visitation rights with his kids, but he’ll probably be spending most of his time trying to get his career and public image back on track.
