SO SAD! Bret Michaels’ New Song Is All About ‘Wasted Time!’

After surviving a nearly fatal brain hemorrhage, Bret releases an eerily prophetic song about taking life for granted.
Bret Michaels released a new single May 7, and in lieu of his recent near-death experience, it’s spooky how much the title, ‘Wasted Time,’ parallels his life right now!
“Lately I just ain’t been myself,” Bret, 47, sings at the start of the ballad, which was released today on iTunes. “Lately, I’ve been feeling something else.” Later he explains, “There’s a time to hurt, a time to heal.”
The former Poison rocker and current Celebrity Apprentice star barely survived the month of April after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage April 22 — mere weeks after his emergency appendectomy April 12 — so ‘Wasted Time’ is more meaningful now than ever.
