Ever wondered what goes on behind closed doors at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes‘ house? Or how Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie really conduct themselves when the public isn’t looking? We’re finally getting the answers to our questions, thanks to a few loose-lipped former housekeepers. They spilled their ex-employers’ biggest work secrets to Star magazine, and now we’re sharing them with you! Read all the crazy rules, and then vote: Who would be the WORST couple in Hollywood to work for?

Tom & Katie’s rules:

Employees may NOT take photos inside the house.
No one may use Tom’s gym equipment — not even Katie!
No staff member, except for a hand-picked nanny, is allowed near little Suri!

Brad & Angelina’s secrets:

Food, including pizza boxes, is always left out to spoil.
There’s hair dye stains on the walls!
Angie lets the kids color on the walls in crayon to express themselves!’
The staff has to pick up Brad’s dirty underwear, paintbrushes, etc.

Jay-Z & Beyoncé‘s demands:

Fresh flowers are to be delivered to their NYC suite every other day.
Meals are only to be served on fine china!
Her staff does all her dishes and gets her groceries.

Jennifer Aniston‘s freaky obsessions:

She walks around in see-through clothing in front of her help.
Employees constantly sign for packages from underwear companies.

PEOPLE UGLY FACE LIKE JENIFER ANISTON IS USE BODY TO MAKE A BALANCE

Jen should go to nude bar to work or join Playboy Magazine. She is a nasty women. Some of Hollywood stars doesn’t wear nothing like Jen but they still get respected and more famous.

So I had lunch with an Oscar consultant today. This woman runs Oscar campaigns and has worked in the industry for years. She described her working experiences with quite a few people.

Here’s a brief recap:

Jeff Bridges – She interviewed him around the time of “Seabiscuit.” She said he was so nice and down-to-earth and even hugged her after the interview.

Angelina Jolie – Said she was very polite and intelligent. The consultant called her “an angel.”

Brad Pitt – Like Jolie, my consultant friend said Pitt was just a joy to work with. So nice, polite and respectful.

George Clooney – She raved over Clooney and said he’s the best celebrity she ever worked with.

Joaquin Phoenix – She described Joaquin as being very nice, sweet and shy. She also said he always said “please and thank you.”

Kate Winslet – She spoke very poorly of Kate. My consultant friend said Kate was a nightmare to work with. She screamed at assistants and was difficult. She complained that her hotel suite in Bel-Air wasn’t big enough and she didn’t have anywhere to do her hair.

Reese Witherspoon – See Kate Winslet. My consultant friend said Reese, like Winslet, was one of the worst celebrities she ever worked with. She said Witherspoon was so rude and disrespectful. She said Reese called up an assistant at 5:30 a.m. and screamed at her for something.

She also had good things to say about Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Thomas Anderson. She said directors are easier to work with than actors.
