Wow Chad! Did YOU know that he was about to begin a MAJOR quest for love by dating 85 new women. We asked — so how will you stay in touch with your very good friend Cheryl?

Off season for Cincinatti Bengals Wide Receiver Chad Ochocinco is going to be anything but rest time. He’s going to get his game on literally in his new reality dating show The Tournament coming out in July ,on VH1. But, we have to ask, what does this mean for his Dancing With The Stars partner Cheryl Burke? “Yeah, we have” become very good friends, Chad admitted to HollywoodLife’s editor-in-chief Bonnie Fuller EXCLUSIVELY at the Young Hollywood Awards on May 13 at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles.

“We start with 85 [women],” Chad explained about his cross country dating show. “I’m trying to find what I’m most compatible with, so we’ll see what happens.”But when Bonnie brought up the question of what’s going to happen with Cheryl after DWTS ends, he said, “We’ll stay in touch. It will be easy. It won’t be hard, I’ll just call her up every now and then!”

What he found most addicting about Cheryl is that “we just have the same motives,” he said. “From the first day [of DWTS], we wanted to win. That’s it!”

So what’s their strategy to dance away with the grand prize on DWTS :”It’s about winning,” said Chad. “I just got to continue to work at it. There’s no substitute for hard word. It will pay off.”

Good luck Chad and rest up. If you thought learning to waltz was exhausting — wait till you try romancing 85 women!
