WE’RE JUST ASKING: ‘Vampire Diaries” Paul Wesley Introduces Brunette Stunner as His “Wife” — So Was He Joking or Not?

Dashing Paul Wesley introduced the stunning brunnette above as his ‘wife’ in front of one of our reporters last night at our Young Hollywood Awards. So we just have to ask: Was Paul joking, or was he breaking some news to the world?
We’re told by his reps that Paul, in fact, was just “joking” — and that he and the young woman, actress Torrey DeVitto, are “neither engaged nor married.” What makes things more confusing is that Torrey wears a beautiful ring on the finger normally reserved for a wedding band — but it’s just “a promise ring.”
We totally respect your non-betrothed commitment to one another, Torrey and Paul — and certainly hope it all works out for you. Still, we clearly heard him say the word “wife,” so we had to ask the question. After all, BFFs, if you found out one of the hottest bachelors out there might be off the market, wouldn’t you?

I am form Country Bhutan and Vampire Diaries is one of my Favorite show that touch my heart. It because of the Love of Stefan and Elena. So always Keep their Love safe and never let them separate till the Series end.

If they are married, CONGRATS. They are so gorgeous. Paul is still my fav on the the vampire diaries, married or not. I watch the show because I enjoy the show. What happens when they go home to there, spouses, girlfriends,boyfriends, whatever is there business.

Stop it. Paul Wesley is a gifted actor who works his butt off. ( for many years) The lovely woman on his arm whether she is his bride or girlfriend is nobody’s business. We love the Vampire Diaries and what he does on the show.

Because once the blog writers know someone is married they start writing made up stories about them spliting up. It is a no win situation for any married couple in HW.
