BFFs, Nicole is a Pussycat Doll- that means she dances for a living. Now she’s dancing all over everybody- it’s not fun, it’s unfair!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t ABC’s Dancing with the Stars supposed to be an amateur competition, with celebrities paired with dancers – not dancers paired with dancers If so, then why is Nicole Scherzinger, 31, a member of the well known pop group Pussycat Dolls even allowed to compete?
Miss Pussycat had a perfect performance AGAIN last night, May 17, so it’s completely clear why all of the other competitors looked scared out of their minds as the show began!
Let me paint you a picture. Nicole is the daughter of a professional hula dancer, she attended a performing arts high school AND she has been a member of the PCDolls since 2003! What I’m trying to tell you is Nicole is OVERQUALIFIED! It is NOT an even playing field to say the least!
But, I must also say that Nicole’s solo “chair dance” last night was a talent that could be seen in any strip club (or Miss USA photos) and hardly deserved a 29/30! It was about as tasteless as Ocho taking of his shirt in a desperate attempt for ratings and calling it the waltz.
Having said all of this, why would DWTS producers think it was remotely fair to bring contestants such as Chad Ochocinco, Niecy Nash and Kate Gosselin onto the show to compete in good faith onto the show against a pro? Yes, Erin Andrews may have been on a basketball dance team back in 1997, but that hardly qualifies her as dancer, she has a career as an ESPN SIDELINE SPORTS REPORTER! And you know what; it’s not just unfair- it makes it not fun. There’s no real competition among peers. And Nicole looks so fake when she reveals her insecurities!
To be completely fair, Nicole’s ONLY competition is against Olympic figure skater Evan Lysacek – an athlete , who basically dances on ice.. So please BFFs, tell me I am not alone! Do you agree Nicole is far too perfect for DWTS and should NOT win?

Every year the have a ringer, this year they have two. Most figure skaters have had some dance training, and they frequently have a boyband member of some sorts as well, why is it that with Nicole it’s a major issue? Joey Fatone was in *NSYNC, so he had a major dance background, Kristi Yamaguchi was a figure skater, and even had partner training as she was also a pair skater too, Drew Lachey was in 98 degrees, and although they didn;t do as heavy dancing Donnie Osmond was of course on tv for DECADES before he did the show. Give her a break

I couldn’t agree more. She is by far the best out there. I’m sure it is tough learning new dances. And if its tough for her, then think about what it is like for everybody else. Her background is especially beneficial. She should win this easily with the skater coming in second.

What a silly article. Derek does the choregraphy, so if Nicole’s dance around the chair doesn’t suit you, take it up with him. I love seeing Nicole (and all the celebrities) dancing. This article, the way it’s written, could be about Donnie and Marie, Lance and Joey (N Sync), or any of the celebrities that are singers/dancers/entertainers. They all have backgrounds and careers similar to Nicole. She rocks, she works hard, and she deserves the scores she’s getting. Whoever wrote this article needs to get a life.

Did you complain when there were male professional dancers??? Have you already forgotten about Drew Lachey, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass & so on??? BTW, Erin took dancing most of her life as well. Why do you people love to hate people who work really hard & are good at what they do???

I completely agree. While everyone else is progressing she has been the same throughout the show. The fun thing about this show is watching people who have never danced professional evolve into better dancers. When she dances it’s like we are watching a performance that is not part of the competition. It’s ridicolous, did she come on this show to be validated? She better not win!!! I vote for Ocho Cinco and Erin Andrews.
