Talk about getting replaced by a younger worker – how’s Simon, 50, going to feel about a 16 year-old phasing him out!

American Idol will be losing its most popular judge when Simon Cowell leaves at the end of this season, but host Ryan Seacrest knows just the guy to fill his seat – Justin Bieber! Ryan told MTV News: “Who would I want in that chair? I would want a much younger, thinner, more charming Simon … Bieber — he’s the guy!” It looks like Ryan has a case of Bieber Fever!

Ryan goes on to say that all the ladies talk about backstage at Idol is Justin. ” ‘Where’s Justin Bieber?’ — that’s the vibe,” Ryan joked. “All the girls that are hanging out here, even the ones that work for us, are like, ‘Have you seen him?’ ” It seems like the tattooed pop star might not have to worry about newcomers like Greyson Chance at all, he’s still clearly a hit with the ladies!
