Lindsay Lohan Skipped Her Court Date Because She Thinks She’s Above The Law!
Experts tell HollywoodLife.com that celebs like Lindsay, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears all bail on mandatory court appearances because they think the rules don’t apply to them!
When Lindsay Lohan missed her mandatory court-ordered appearance May 20 to party at the Cannes Film Festival, resulting in a warrant for her arrest and possible jail time, we had to ask ourselves — why do young Hollywood starlets think they can blow off court appointments?
Three experts agree on one common factor: Lindsay, as well as her celebrity counterparts like Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, think they’re above the law!
“They like to believe they are special and above the law. Even more, they like to create the image that they are above the law,” celebrity psychiatrist Carole Lieberman, M.D. tells HollywoodLife.com. She added, “If Jane Doe missed a court date, there would be hell to pay. So these celebs like to flaunt the fact that they are not being punished as drastically as the average citizen.”
Agrees addiction expert Marty Brenner, “If it was important to Lindsay, she’d [have been in court]. At lot of celebs think they’re above the law because they get a slap on the wrist and let go. [Lindsay’s] charge is a tough one. There are no more slaps on the wrist.”
Adds image expert Michael Sands, “Lindsay thinks this is all a figment of her imagination. If she gets locked up, she’ll probably laugh all the way there. She does not care. [Unlike] Britney, who finally got on medication…Lindsay is way out in left field. She’s in a different ball park.”
Sands says that Lindsay’s ability to complete ignore the law spells serious trouble. The fact that she not only lost her passport, but then tried to rely on friends for use of their private jet to get home instead of ‘fessing up to the authorities indicates life is a game, and she’s constantly on the lookout for loopholes. “She likes this,” Sands tells us. “She thrives on this energy. She’s having the time of her life. She’s like a cat that’s got nine lives. She’s either going to burn out and go into rehab or she’s going to die. One or the other.”

She might be a mess because nobody supports her. Especially her douche of a father. Her father shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near her…..EVER. Anybody who would release those phone calls is venomous! And she’s just a child, can’t the press just give her some positive support in the right direction. She’s just a young beautiful girl.
