Shiloh — you’re just a little girl, so please don’t let your mom Angie forget it!
Shiloh, you were the prettiest little girl I had ever seen … then all of a sudden you were a tough, tousled tomboy!
Next thing I hear, you want a military-themed fourth birthday party! Fine, boys will be boys, but really? Shiloh you’re a little girl, so why do you really want to wear army pants with gun holsters? You don’t have to wear pink everyday and play with Barbies but c’mon — do you really want to be a prince … or a frog, for that matter! I am just waiting for someone to give you a big kiss and break the horrible tomboy spell.
Check out the photos above: You were such an angelic infant, and resembled a itty-bitty Taylor Momsen, but now you’re slouching towards Zach Galifianakas. Save yourself!
Could it be that mom Angie is jealous of her own child? I realize that children can be difficult to dress (just ask my mother) but if you were Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and you made a stunningly beautiful child — would you allow her to look so schlumpy? What is going to happen to the twins?
The bowl boy hair cut is NOT helping… It’s not like she even has a cute pixie ‘do like Carey Mulligan, Ellen DeGeneres, Michelle Williams or even Hayden Panettiere. If little Shiloh wants a short ‘do she can have a short one but it needs some help!

I think she’s a child, and criticising her appearance is pathetic and immature. She’s also the child of famous people, which means she didn’t choose such a public life, so therefore you should stop shoving your bigotry and ignorance in her face. Her beautiful, child’s face.

How would you know what Shiloh really wants? Stop assuming just because she’s leaning towards different preferences than yourself. Everyone’s different, but thankfully for Shiloh – who has very liberal and open-minded parents encouraging individuality and acceptance – she’s allowed to express it more than your average toddler. Don’t be fooled by the mask of gender conformity in our society thanks to narrow-minded parents such as yourself.

I do think the bad haircut does make her look like a boy. i liked her when she looked girly. i dont think its her choice that she looks the way she does. why would any four year old girl want a military birthday?? but if that IS what SHE REALLY wants, then okay. but im sure she sisnt tell her mom she wanted her hair to look like her dads. [even tho it looks worse]it is just hair, it’ll grow back. but im no one to tell anyone how to raise, dress or cut their kids hair. its not like our say has any impact on them.

The child was in utero when her brother had that party. Angelina will do anything for attention even put her little girl in boys clothes or say that this child wants a boys party just like her brother. She decides what that child wants.

When did children become acceptable gossip fodder????
Leave them – all of them – alone. Their parents choose to be in the spotlight, and until the children are old enough to make the decision (e.g., Rumer Willis, Zoe Kravitz), leave them the hell alone.

I can’t believe you would stoop to this level. To imply what a little girl of this age “should or shouldn’t” look like hideous. Especially since she was born into this industry and isn’t even an actor … yet. In any case, HL should stop stooping so low on these story lines lately. We love a little fun gossip but not BS stories like this. I’m going to stick with the other sites from now on.

I’m appalled by this article. You should be ashamed Jennifer Murray. No one tells you how to dress or cut your hair. Mind your business!

Jennifer Murray may have written this narrow minded pice of garbage but Bonnie Fuller was more than happy to publish it.
I’m glad that everyone agrees that they and Hollywood Life is WRONG.

If she wants to dress like her big brothers, it’s adorable. Kudos to all parents who allow children to express tehmselves!

That is one disgusting post. Let the freaking child be! What, you won’t be happy till she’s dressing like a hooker like the rest of the “starlets” these days? Seriously, get over yourselves there’s absolutely nothing wrong with a little girl being a TOMBOY!

I wonder if you’d like having strangers talk crap about your kid? Show some class and issue a public apology. This is a child and shouldn’t be easy prey.
She is a tomboy now..so what? I can think of worst things she can be. I was a tomboy when I was younger and bloomed out of it in college. This can be a phase or indicative of what she feels most comfortable identifying as. Either way it’s none of your business nor should you be mocking a child who can’t even defend herself. Way to go, I hope you are proud of yourself and your sad excuse at journalism!

It is pathetic that you would post something like this. Do you not have anything better to do? And yeah, put up some of your photos. Maybe you were so ugly that picking on this beautiful child makes you feel better about yourself.

Its absolutely atrocious that people like the author are denigrating Shiloh and Angelina simply because she doesn’t conform perfectly to their idea of what a little girl “should” be. It’s not enough that adult women have to conform to society’s ideal of a “real” woman? Now we have to perform rediculous, cartoonish feminity as children too regardless of how the child actually feels about it? Just a heads up, some girls are tomboy because they like being tomboys. You should be ashamed of yourself. My god, no wonder so many girls are so messed up and insecure about their looks.

The writer of this piece, Jennifer Murray, is an idiot of gargantuan proportions. The fact that she took time out of her life to write this ridiculous piece of drivel is proof enough.

What? A child who doesn’t conform to the traditional gender roles you’ve ascribed her? And who… has her own personality? HOW DARE SHE?!?!
I sincerely hope that the author of this article is never a mother.

Considering how trashy Taylor Momsen looks now, I think the little girl is okay as she is.
