In case you’ve been having withdrawals since Paula left her post as the giggly, outspoken judge on AI get ready — because she’s coming back to TV in a big way!

Our prayers have been answered! Not only is Paula Abdul going to be a guest on the season finale of American Idol May 26, she  landed a new gig as the “lead judge” on an upcoming CBS show Got to Dance! But get this, the new show will be in the same time slot as TWO of Simon Cowell‘s reality shows — American Idol, and The X-Factor!

This is definitely going to be a tough decision … will you leave AI to watch Paula? We’re sure she’s still got some incredibly confusing comments left in her. But the big question is … will she get to hold her famous Coca-Cola cup with its mysterious ingredients? We’re guessing probably not … but there’s always hope!

But luckily you won’t have to wait for her new show to see her on-air musings! We can’t wait to see what she has planned for this weeks AI season finale! “A special send-off planned for [Simon] will feature some Idol alums, including a special appearance by Paula.” Maybe she’ll preform with Crystal Bowersox, Lee Dwyze and special guest Christina Aguilera!

Paula is taking over and we can’t wait!
