Heather Locklear Cleared Of Hit-And-Run Charges

The Melrose Place star has been cleared of charges that she allegedly mowed down a No Parking Sign near her home in Westlake Village, CA, and then fled.

Police have been investigating the sign hit and run since April 17th when the actress was arrested for misdemeanor hit and run after police determined that the vehicle that hit the sign belonged to Heather and her ex-husband Richie Sambora.Read more
