A source claims Charlie Sheen will serve 30 days in jail after he pleads guilty in his ongoing domestic violence case.

Charlie Sheen is looking at 30 days in jail after he pleads guilty to domestic assault charges according to a source close to the case. “Charlie intends to go to court on June 7 [to] plead to a misdemeanor and immediately begin serving his 30 days in jail,” the source told People. “With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days.”

These charges stem from Charlie’s Christmas Day assault and misdemeanor against wife Brooke Mueller. Following his time served, Charlie would not then be placed on probation.

Both Charlie and his wife Brooke entered rehab in February, Brooke for substance abuse and Charlie as a preventative measure. The actor also recently signed a new deal to return for two more seasons of his hit show Two and a Half Men – for which he is set to receive close to $2 million an episode.
