Busted! Joe Jonas’ mom dishes all about her middle son’s first crush — on his first grade teacher!
HollyWho-Knew Joe Jonas had a thing for cougars? Given that the Jo Bro was dating 17-year-old Demi Lovato until recently, we were surprised to learn he once had a thing for MUCH older women!
“I knew [immediately] because he never stopped talking about her and he loved going to school,” Joe’s mom, Denise, joked to J-14 of her son’s first crush, his first-grade teacher Mrs. Perrone. The now-20-year-old was so infatuated, in fact, that he would wake up extra early to make himself look good and worked extra hard to get his grades up — just for her.
In recent years, the middle Jonas had stuck with women in his age bracket, give or take a few years (like Demi and ex-GF Camilla Belle). Regardless of whether she’s younger or older, Denise is confident all three of her remaining single sons (Kevin got married to Danielle Deleasa in Dec.) will find ‘the one.’
“They are men of great character and strength with big dreams and hearts that are full for the world,” she said. “I believe in them and am so proud of them!”
