Nina and Ian’s chemistry is undeniable, but SHE is the one who’s really into their relationship!
Leading body language expert Dr. Lillian Glass has confirmed to HollywoodLife.com there is definitely something going on between Nina Dobrev and her Vampire Diaries co-star Ian Somerhalder — but her affections are a little one-sided!
“The chemistry is there, but they are doing a good job trying to hide it,” Dr. Glass told us after looking at photos of Nina, 21, and Ian, 31, courtside at the Lakers game May 27 and shopping together in Venice, Calif. May 28. “She’s very into him. There’s no question about it. She’s always looking at him, or leaning toward him. They can hide all they want, but the body doesn’t lie. The truth comes out.”
If anyone is trying to keep this relationship under wraps, Dr. Glass think it’s Ian.
“His hands are in his pocket [while they are shopping], which means he’s hiding, and his thumb is down, which means he doesn’t want to reveal anything,” she said, explaining, “He’s tight-lipped — it means he’s holding back. He is trying to deny the relationship.”
We hope Ian doesn’t deny his feelings for too long — the last thing we want is for this relationship to take as long to develop as it did for their onscreen characters, Elena and Damon. They’re bloody perfect together!

I know that Nina and Paul are so much beret together and so much beter than Nina and stupid Ian I wish and hope that their wrong about Nina and Ian and I wish that Nina see what I wrote and she believes me that she is so so so much beter with Paul and Ian all ready have a girl friend so he is not that right man for Her and he is all the time Laing abaut nina daiting him so he is a coward and a laier that is why Paul is so much beter than this stupid Ian so I really hope Nina loves and date Paul and she
tell everyone that Nina loves the hot amazing Paul and I say that from my hart so I just hope that Nina believe the truth and the truth is all the writing I wrote above please believe me I am telling the truth and not like Ian Laing all the time

i don’t think so. ian and nina do look perfet together,and about Paul he’s getting married to his beloved girlfriend…………….. but let just wait and see beacuse she know what she’s doing and if this is real thae we can’t do anything about it.. i admire this two and love th em can’t wait for season three!!

omg. how u havent noticed yet? When their are kissing each other on the serial, they do ”something” with them tongues. (make out?), and when Nina and Paul kissing each other, they just kiss each others lips. and this is a big thing. because on the vampires diaries her boyfriend is Stefan, not Damon. P.S. sorry for mistakes, i couldnt speak english very well. ;DD

but every time Nina kisses Ian on the show she is supposed to be Katherine who is nothing like Elena (who kisses Stefan). Kat likes to play with people, she uses guys for her amusement and is very impetuous.
Elena on the other hand is this nice, romantic teen and it just wouldn’t fit the character if she was as fierce as Katherine at kissing Stefan.
The same goes with the boys. Damon is supposed to be very much like Kat while Stefan is more like Elena. That’s why the Nina/Ian couple sparkles whereas the Nina/Paul’s is more cheesy and sweet…
