BFFs, it sounds like Heidi is coming to her senses! The blonde reality star has hired a lawyer and wants the divorce to be done quickly!
Heidi Montag, you’ve made another smart move! Not only did you file for legal separation from your husband Spencer Pratt, June 8, we just learned that you’ve hired a divorce attorney! This is amazing news! We were worried that you weren’t serious about calling it quits with Spencer because we assumed it was all for publicity, but now we see you’re not messing around!
TMZ reports Heidi has hired Jodeane Farrell, an Orange County divorce attorney, and family friend of the Montag’s, to handle her divorce! It turns out Heidi and Spencer want their divorce to be mediated, which means they will hammer out the details of a property settlement privately. If all goes well Heidi and Spencer will meet with Jodeane in two weeks to discuss the next steps.
We just hope that none of this has to do with Heidi’s new love interest Cougar Zank, 39, a former Marine. We recently told you that Heidi moved in with Spencer’s ex-friend and they were trying to sell footage of their blossoming romance. But we’re worried Heidi has fallen into the hands of a horrible guy — he has a long history of alleged spousal abuse and multiple DUI’s!
Hopefully Heidi’s mom Darlene can swoop in and save the day. We’re thinking she should bring Heidi back to Colorado for a while … she needs to get out of the mess she’s created in LA.

Heidi saw it coming, nobody likes Spencer, not good for her business????, so why not divorce??? of course…..it will be easy, they dont own anything, and they are broke????…now we just wait for the next disaster with her?

She’s finally wised up. This will be an ugly divorce. He will fight all the way for support from her. Never liked either of them, fame hogs with no talent. How will she pay for her fancy lawyer? Time for them to use the phrase would you like fries with that? LOL

Jack are you serious? Spencer wouldn’t have any money or his 15 mintues if it weren’t for Heidi. And with all those Birkin bags she sports I don’t think she needs Spencer to pay for anything! And regarding the split it’s just another press game. They are still attached at the hip divorce or no divorce.
