Mel Gibson and His Baby Mama Oksana Both File Restraining Orders Against Each Other! Was Domestic Violence Involved?
Mel Gibson has filed for a restraining order against his ex-girlfiriend and mother of his seven-month-old daughter, Oksana Grigorieva, over issues relating to visitation of their child. But now Oksana says the actor is not fighting fair and she has filed a restraining order of her own alleging domestic violence, according to TMZ.com.
Mel Gibson, 54, broke up with Russian musician Oksana Grigorieva, 40, in April and at the time of the split they said intended to raise their daughter, Lucia, together. The relationship has since become strained.
