You know what they say… nothing says happy birthday like a punch in the face!
Lindsay Lohan can’t seem to catch a break. The out-of-control starlet celebrated her 24th birthday with a big blowout at Voyeur nightclub in Los Angeles on July 1 — and got punched in the face by a waitress! Cheers!
“A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason,” Lindsay tweeted early Friday morning.
As usual, Lindsay’s tweets can never be taken at face value. She got KO’ed for hanging out with Doug Reinhardt, which made the waitress mad.
“The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!” an insider tells Us Weekly. “Doug didn’t want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out.”
Happy belated birthday, Lindsay! Hopefully your party doesn’t set a precedent for the rest of the year!

GO WAITRESS. Lohan probably said something smart to her. Made her mad. Who cares about the guy. NO guy is worth fighting over. I wish I was the one who hit Lohan. Can’t stand that girl. Waste of space.
It has been reported the waitress might get fired. I say LET HER KEEP HER JOB. She did a GREAT job. Lohan gets away with every thing. She always breaks the law. What do they do? Nothing. Found cocaine on her & still didn’t do anything.Almost killed people the same night. Admitted she was high. Still nothing. Leave the waitress alone. Put Lohan in jail. FIRE LOHAN. NO MORE MOVIES, ENDORSEMENTS. NOTHING. TIRED OF HEARING ABOUT OR SEEING PICTURES OF HER.

There is no way Lohan should let this go without charging the waitress w/assault. Doug Reinhardt is a total jerk for his lack of intervention w/the staff person assaulting Lohan. I’d kick that prick straight into the curb for his lack of emphathy. If he can’t be a stand up guy when a woman attacks, Lohan would be better off with a bucket of shyt,rather than Reinhardt, if assaulted by a man. Who was the ‘hot head’ waitress? I’d like to avoid having her provide my table service unless I’m looking to sue for damages.
