The three actors will be collecting a very healthy payday AND a percentage of the gross for the final two films in the ‘Twilight’ series!
It looks like Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner can look forward to a nice long vacation after they wrap filming on Breaking Dawn next year — they are set to make at least $25 million and a percentage of the gross for the two part film! Vulture reports, “Insiders tell us that Summit will pay stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner each a whopping $25 million against 7.5 percent of the theatrical gross for starring in the next and last two Twilight movies, Breaking Dawn, Parts One and Two.” Crazy!
To get the final figure there is a some crazy movie math to be done but Vulture breaks it down like this: “The previous Twilight film, New Moon, took in almost $710 million worldwide, and Eclipse is on pace to exceed that. But let’s conservatively assume that both Breaking Dawns do as well as New Moon: After factoring in exhibitor splits, a lesser studio share for international releases, and other typical debited fees that would give you a migraine if they were explained here, each star would take in another $16 million total, giving them all final paydays of $41 million.”
While the three stars certainly work more than any of the other cast members in the promotion of the film and onscreen, we wonder what costars Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, and others will have to say about this!

From the comments I’ve read, there is a collective consensus about the Twilight Triad deserving their hefty paychecks and I am in complete agreement. They all have dynamic star quality and for the fruits of their labor which includes acting, merchandising and marketing this franchise, they certainly deserve it. BTW, Team Jacob all the way!!! Edward’s cool too. If only Bella was a part of a religious affiliation condoning multiple marriages, she could have the best of both worlds.

may, I have that .0001 % of that 40+?? Its a ridiculous amount of money, but I think they deserve more. Summit has marketed twilight in 3 ways. The films itself, its DVD’s and the twilight different merchandises. Summit has accumulated billions from these last two films, and eclipse is on tract to follow its predecessors’ footsteps, now,…. start counting. Actually, summit has become so big that it was rumored that its one of the candidates (along with spyglass ) to make MGM’s creditors less jittery. Summit is gunning for MGM. For that matter, I think they deserve 100 million each. I would like to see the 3 of them in their Bugattis lolz! But I’m afraid that rob will spend all his share with chicken tikka, lolz! Guys, I’m just kidding!

I think Kristen and Taylor deserves that money 60 million. Kristen it because she is the principal in the is film and she has done a good job and I give credit to Taylor good jat to. Kristen and Taylor were so tired go other country. I can not say the same about Robert anything he dos deserve to win just like Kristen and Taylor. the other cast deserves more money 2 million iven 5 seconds on the screen.hahahahaha

Each movie is making almost a BILLION each, $41 million each is small change in comparison. The movies are about Bella, Edward, and Jacob. The rest of the actors have like 5 lines in each movie. They should just be happy of all the free press they get for being associated with these movies.

So? Good for them! They deserve that for all the craziness they go thru and their hard work that doesn’t know holidays/ weekends or vacations! I will be very happy for them if this would be a truth.
