If this was an out-of-the-blue accusation you could get away with putting the brakes on believing this woman. The problem is that Mel Gibson has a proven history of being a vulgar, anti-Semetic, vile racist in the past. He professed himself to be a conservative Catholic and all the while he was shaming his faith and setting up for ridicule anyone with similar faith belief system. However, while I have no respect at all for Mel anymore, he and Robyn had been separated for 3 years before he met Oksana. But if anyone wants to say “married man” since the divorce wasn’t yet finalized don’t say so much about Oksana getting pregnant by a married man – talk about that same married man wandering where he had no business going. While Oksana could have and should have said “no” a Mel would’ve found someone to say “yes” so that doesn’t save his character at all. To borrow a cliche from Dr. Phil for a minute, the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior and, from his past behavior, if this does turn out to be true, Mel Gibson should be toast.
