UPDATE: Mel Gibson‘s explosive verbal assault has leaked and can now be heard by everyone here. Additionally, Mel’s long-time agency William Morris Endeavor Entertainment has dropped the 54-year-old actor from its roster, reports our sister site Deadline.com.
Mel Gibson appears to be even more of a horrific human being with every passing day. The L.A. County Sherriff’s department is now investigating the Australian actor for threatening baby mama Oksana Grigorieva with a gun; he was already under fire for allegedly punching her in the face while holding their 8-month-old baby girl Lucia.
–Domestic Violence: Oksana, 40, claims Mel punched her in the face twice, which knocked out her tooth and chipped another one.
–Gun Charges: TMZ reports that Oksana says Mel threatened her with a handgun while at his Malibu home. According to the report, there is no evidence besides Oksana’s claims.
–Child Endangerment: Oksana says that during the Jan. 6 altercation, she was holding their daughter, Lucia.
– What Mel Says:
The Braveheart star says his former lover, a Russian pianist, tried to extort money from him by releasing audio tapes of him yelling at her as well as fabricating stories about their relationship; this will launch a separate criminal investigation against Oksana. Both Mel and Oksana have filed restraining orders against the other.

Although I agree what he says sounds very harsh, how many of us have said things in anger especially when we think we are having a private conversation? if i look back over my life, I have said many things that are not the real me, I have just used the meanest words i could think of to hurt that person not ever meaning half of what I said. Everyone has used racial slurs from time to time. Is it right? no, but in private we have used them in jokes or angry comments. Let it die. The real people you have to worry about are the ones who act or their words

Mel Gibson’s agent, who died last week, stood by him through thick and thin. The agency has wanted to deep six Gibson for years, but Ed Limato would not let him go. While I am not making excuses for Mr. Gibson’s actions, you need to be familiar with the type of woman who zeroes in on a celebrity like a heat-seeking missile. He is angry at himself for leaving his wife of many decades, and the mother of his numerous children, for someone like Oksana. He realizes she played him for the sucker he is. He was not her first. She is no saint, believe me. The question I would like answered is: How is she living in the US? Does she have a valid Green Card? Is she in this country legally? Can she be deported back to England? Any aspirations she may have had to become a world-famous singer/musician must have gone up in smoke by now. I feel sorry for his grown children who have to read about their father on a daily basis these days. It must be traumatic for them, to say the least. But I’m sure they’re not surprised at his actions. Who knows what his wife endured all those years. What a sad, sad story.

Oksana’s legal status is completely irrelevant, though I suspect your views are clouded by racist views. I don’t care if someone is here legally or not, no one deserves to be hit, abused or intimidated.

This is my point. You are suspicious of her. Well, no one was suspicious of the girl who got in a fight with her boyfriend, because he was a young black man. Even though she had a history of violence (smashing glass in her brother’s face and other physical fights) and witnesses who had seen her smacking him around before, NO ONE gave him any benefit of the doubt or considered ANY circumstances. Even with his squeaky clean record. NONE!
But with Mel, people want more evidence, they’re saying maybe he was just drunk, he needs to pray, go to rehab, take a break and relax, was just angry, she is a gold-digger, maybe she riled him up 1st, etc…The excuses don’t stop.
I dont knock people trying to analyze events and think about them logically (you’re SUPPOSED to do that), but if you’re willing to do that and going to give these men benefits of the doubt, make it the same all across the board. Not just for the white ones. Please.

Give it a break, Mel was obviously drunk, people say thing they don’t mean. He would not be the first. Funny how people take things out of context. I new a lady with a black husband that would get drunk and call him the n word when upset. Obviously she was not a racist.
Are you serious?! This man has allegedly intimidated, punched & threatened this woman, but we should just ignore it because he was drunk?!?!?!?!

Some people when they drink have a total personality change,do or say things,horrible things that dont come from their heart or true mind,alcohol is toxic to them,not every one is a happy drunk,or sweet when tipsy,some people should not drink at all!! Actually if he were a young black man AND the allegations had any merit, we would most likely never hear of them…the woman would never open her mouth.
Oh and theres plenty of unfounded Mel hatred going on…pay attention before opening yours.
The only thing I find to fault Mel for in all this is he didn’t have the sense to avoid this gold digging whore in the first place. From day one it was obvious shes been looking for a Hollywood sugar-daddy…now that shes tired of Mel shes trying to take him to the cleaners.
Ok, so Mel has a temper…so what? People yell and scream in arguments all the time. I think its funny that the allegations of punching and guns aren’t brought up until it becomes obvious she needs more than her set-up tape to get Mel. Are we to believe that after being punched, her child being endangered and having a gun pulled on her, that her last straw was hearing the N word? Ok…sure…if you believe that you’re an idiot.
As for his cop fiasco…he was drunk…and cops really are scum, so who cares if he lost his temper and yelled at one? Again…we’ve all been there and said things we might not have said under saner conditions…Mel just has a combination of a bad luck and bad judgement…no crime there.
As for his agency dropping him? I hope they start losing clients the judas’…Mel has been a huge earner for them and now they want to let his personal issues disrupt business? The two should be unrelated. If their other clients had ANY sense they’d dump that agent seeing as how they’re proving a complete adsence of loyalty.
Oh and as to the tape and his comments…she DOES dress like a whore…but Mel, what do you expect when you knew she was one from the beginning?

Well here goes.I did not hear anything except a racist comment and an opinion of his about her being fake.Apparently he was lied to by her more than once and he doesnt want to be with a fake person and a gold digger.He states she can stay in the house and he would take care of the child,more than some men would do.
