Oksana Can’t Touch Mel Gibson’s Fortune — She Signed Over All Her Rights When They Were Dating!
Mel Gibson hasn’t paid one penny to the mother of his eight-month-old daughter. Baby mama Oksana says she has no money — but she won’t be getting any help from Mel.
Mel Gibson might be a menace to anyone that isn’t white and Catholic — but even so, don’t you think he should care about his own daughter Lucia, 8 months? Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of Mel’s child, signed a contract while she was pregnant which basically signed over any financial stake she could have had in Mel’s vast, billion-dollar fortune, according to RadarOnline.com.
The agreement Oksana signed is called a cohabitation agreement, which is very similar to a prenuptial agreement but only signed when the individuals are unmarried. The contract states that Mel should meet financial obligations when it comes to Lucia, but he hasn’t paid one cent and Oksana is currently living hand to mouth, she claims. The Russian piano player recently told a British newspaper that Mel won’t help her out financially.
“He is not paying me a penny,” she said. “I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money … it is not a good situation.”
Mel has 7 other children with his ex-wife of 28 years Robyn. Currently the Braveheart star still has visitation rights to see Lucia, but Oksana is worried for her daughter’s safety.
“They have no communication whatsoever … infact,” says a source. “Oksana fears for her daughter’s safety when she is with Mel.”

I think she said something to set him off and then hit the record button,just a set up all the way.We all get mad and say things that we really don’t mean, but when you feel someone is trying to hurt you, you to will say things back to get under their skin as well. People do that. I don’t think she should get a dime of his money but he do need to take care of his child. I like the work Mel does but his actions are bad. Mel you are in the public’s watch, you have to watch what you say and do.

What you do not hear on the tapes is what she says to him to get him so mad.I think she really has set him up. What is he thinking to talk on the phone about anything with her.

don’t know why, but i have a feeling that as horrible as Mel’s behaviour is, Oksana is nothing more than a gold digging skank. it wouldn’t surprise me if she provoked his rant and then taped it and leaked it so she looks like an innocent victim. if he was that bad to her, it didn’t happen overnight…seems to me she wanted his money and that’s why she hooked up with him in the first place…then had a baby so she could get into his deep pockets. If she was such an innocent she would have taken her complaint to the law without leaking it in the press and shaming herself and him at least for the sake of the child. she is not guileless…rather she is a conniver…so face it she has a history of gold digging. as far as i am concerned they are both worthless

You may be right she’s probably a gold digger 9THAT’S WHY SHE’S IN THIS MESS), but also Mel is an old wolf with a lot of experiences, do you really think he’s that stuped that couldn’t tell who she was?? naaah he jus plain and simple played stupid because he likes her and have the $$ to have her.
Besides, no ones told him to leave a 28 year old marriage with 7 beautifu kids for an opportunist like Oksana.
So please we have to stop justifiying him and crucifying her they both adults, not teenagers…

You speak like this man is a decent human being. This man is a pope worshiping ignorant bastard who hates Jews and everything that is not White and Catholic. I hope he goes to jail and Bubba gets a piece of his ass. I hope the Judge who sends him there is also Jewish so when he gets his sentence, all Jews from around the world can rejoice in victory. This is a man who said G-d spoke to him. This man is an ass. Does G-d converse with people like that? Then again, G-d did speak to an ass in the Bible. But when you look at his history, he is worse than an ass, even than a fool. Don’t attack her. She is not the one making threats. I hope the threats continue so they can lock him up for years! What people say in the privacy of their home is no ones business. He is definitely stupid and obviously arrogant but jail time for ranting in ones own house is equally stupid. As for her, definitely conniving gold digger but his fault for not seeing it.

Mel Gibson is an icon and this will only make him more popular. It’s obvious that Jewish authors of “news” articles on these rags are taking advantage of Mel’s moment of madness. They clearly have an agenda against Mel. They clearly are trying to destroy Mel.

i think she really set him off to go crazy like that. and please stop with this whole jew hate thing. we are all very tired of it. besides, they keep slaughtering their neighbors because they’re arab haters even though a jew is the closest thing to an arab as far as race goes. so in that case, maybe mel has a point. just because he made a movie on the facts what the bible says, doesnt make him a liar, a hater, or a hypocrite. i think this man is a genius and no matter what people say, he wont be black listed and he will still make amazing movies and many millions will still go see his movies. we luv mel!

This never ending saga of he says/she says leaves me cold. There are thousands of single mothers in the US who are living in homeless shelters and dives on Welfare with no income. I just wish someone out in California (the government) would check her status in this country and send her back to England. She is a big, phony mess. Just look at that face! What was Mel Gibson thinking when he hooked up with her? She is a professional pianist. She can get work somewhere! Even if it is in a piano bar in LA, she can get off her duff and work!

even tho below i said i didn’t trust her (i still don’t), i feel bad for making this about her b/c the bigger point is that mel is totally out of control and endangering this woman and his own daughter (and himself, actually- suicide wouldn’t surprise me, or an inebriated drive off of a cliff). i shouldn’t be bashing her, true or not- b/c he is truly sick. i hadn’t listened to the most recent tape when i wrote my piece. in any case, ur points against her are actually unfair, regardless. clearly you have no concept of childcare- costs, and finding good care. you have to make a lot of money to cover it- and if the other parent is someone with mel’s resources, his child should get nothing but the best of care- which is expensive. if he won’t give money for it, she needs to stay home. even “illegal” help is expensive. working as a single parent ain’t so simple.

ps- the only “he said” really are the tapes of his voice. he hasn’t denied anything, as far as i know. all he has done is said that she tried to extort money from him. he hasn’t denied any of the rest to my knowledge.

mel is emotionally disturbed, clearly (and a bigot, the likes of archie on all in the family- tho with a bigger temper). however, i don’t trust a word that comes out of this woman’s mouth. first, isn’t she living in his house? i mean, sure, he should also be paying child support for baby supplies and such- but that doesn’t constitute “not a penny” when you’re getting free rent, right? i’m sure he is enraged that he is saddled with this woman of questionable integrity- but, of course he needs to support his kid and that means her, too, indirectly. he better just come to grips with that sooner rather than later.
