Danielle Staub’s lawyer tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Danielle plans legal action against Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita’s daughter Ashley Holmes, among others, for their wild attack on Danielle, which featured on last night’s ‘RHONJ’ episode.
Hell hath no fury like Danielle Staub attacked by a pack of raging Housewives!
The star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is still furious over the November attack that left her emotionally bruised and with one less hair extension.
We told you earlier about the July 12 episode documenting the ridiculous and almost gang like fight instigated by Teresa Giudice, which ended with Jacqueline Laurita‘s 19-year-old daughter Ashley Holmes ripping out Danielle’s hair. But HollywoodLife.com can exclusively reveal that Danielle is suing the women involved at the superior court in Passaic County, NJ.
“I’ve never seen anything like this,” says Danielle’s defense attorney Paul Giblin. “We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women. We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well.”
But that’s not all: Paul is going to do everything he can to make sure that Danielle remains safe from the other housewives.
“We will get restraining orders by the judge against Teresa, Ashley and all others involved. We will subpoena this women to make sure they come to court. We are going to ask to impose sanctions against these women, whatever the law allows.”
Ashley appeared in court back in January but got off with a $189 fine.
“These things don’t end with paying a fine,” says Paul. “It’s not over … I don’t know when this will ever be over. There is a freedom of speech amendment so we can’t restrain Teresa for saying things but it’s the intent behind it. This is fueling some of the work behind these people. This is some kind of conspiracy, it’s like a gang mentality.”

“JEALOUSY & ENVY” are the equivalent to a Knife & a Gun! Jealousy stems from a tangible item that one possesses, or an intangible character trait that one owns and the other wishes they had!
It’s disturbing that someone’s past dictates their future, as in Danielle’s cases she feels as though she has to protect her present “character” identity. Her braggadocios reference to a conversation to her ex con friend,”…you saw my house?” Or her negative comment to Theresa, “…I saw the house you lived in, linoleum floors”…Danielle is too keeping score on everyone else as she aspires to re-live a lifestyle of which that she had become accustom to; in my opinion she is ENVIOUS. In addition, from my prospective Danielle appears to be a woman who is only happy when she has a significant other in her life; as she ill referenced Dina and relationship with her husband, as I would be remiss not to shed light on her comment to Joe, Theresa’s husband by stating…”I’m not your wife!” equating to JEALOUSY.
I truly admire Dina, and her decision to remove herself from the cast of the show. Danielle’s incessant obsession with these women, in my opinion is troublesome, and it appears to stem from a place far deeper than what the camera has already depicted on screen. I’m sure it makes GREAT television, yet, her karmic quest to teach the Laurita/ Manzo family a lesson, will bite her back. I would suggest that Danielle put her incessant values of JEALOUSY & ENVY to rest; in an effort to live by her mantra- “love & light”. Light cannot funnel through dark storm clouds!
By no means, am I condoning the irresponsible behavior of Ashley, as I believe she truly needs to be taught a very valuable lesson. However, to allow your legal counsel to represent you against women for “catty” name calling is narcissistic and absurd. As stated earlier, she has her Knife and Gun!

Danielle’s drama discusted me from day one on the show. That said, I continue to watch! Now really how can you expect Ashley to know any better than to pull someones hair? Parents must lead by example. When my son was in the 3rd grade I soooo wanted to “take out” his teacher, BUT I DIDN’T!! He saw me handle a disagreeable situation with poise and maturity resulting in the outcome I desired. Now I have a mature 20 yr old whom I am confident can handle himself in any situation that may come his way. I get a kickout of seeing Theresa with the girls and Joe, NOT showing her ass by instigating a fight, BTW Theresa, there was nothing innocent about your sitting in wait for the chance to pounce so please stop trying to sell that one because nobody is buying! Next thing we are going to see is this bunch on Judge Judy! Maybe she can straighten them out.

Danielle is an ex con with very little class and a lot of plastic surgeries. Just look at the guys she hangs out with…all ex cons! She will do anything for attention and it looks like she’s setting the groundwork for a lawsuit. She will do anything for money, which has been the story of her life, even if it’s breaking the law and going to jail.
How could anyone think that this psycho plastic maniac thieve is good looking? Even her surguries are cheap looking!!!

if danielle wasn’t so ugly on the inside, she might not look so ugly on the outside- cuz, for her age, her body does look great… yes, she paid for it to look that way, but she does have a naturally tall and slender build with long legs and such. don’t get me wrong, she’s garbage… but, if she had dina’s personality and light, we’d all be singing a different tune.

Danielle definetely has a case against Ashley but I’m not sure what kind of charges the others will face and am highly doubtful that Teresa or Jaqueline will face anything other than potentially a restraining order and/or fine.
Danielle a.k.a. Beverly ann Merrill, loves that she holds some power to make the famlies lives dlfficult. She is paranoid and completely delusional, she is arguing with and 18 year old calling the girl a “coke Whore” when she was the one who worked as a prostitute, getting caught with kilos of cocaine and charged ( and plead guilty) to extortion only after cooperating with police. So whose the coke whore? It’s like she projects all of her issues on everyone else, it’s actually fascinating to watch, i often hope she is acting.

if danielle is thinking lawsuit now, my guess is that some fame whore attorney saw the footage and reached out to her to say they’d do a case for her for free (for the free publicity). don’t get me wrong, danielle is a lunatic and drama-obsessed, but i wouldn’t be surprised if the attorney reached out to her (which could be unethical if done the wrong way).

As far as name calling goes. Everyone of the women are @ fault. Including Ashley. I have watched every episode. Both season’s. Yes Danielle is whacked. At last yrs. reunion. Carolina said Danielle did something to Dina, & she would never forgive her for it. Dina asked her to let it go. Not to talk about it. Carolina respected her wishes. Now it has come out Danielle tried to have Lexi taken away from Dina.This is suppose to be what Carolina was talking about. This, all the lies Danielle has told, & the incident @ the Brownstone is what sent Dina over the edge.This is suppose to be why she left the show. Why she says it was because of Danielle. If Danielle did this. That is past low. If you want to talk about the adults. Trade insults.Go for it. Leave the children alone. What happened @ the Brownstone was unbelieveable.Danielle admited she could not donate anything, but she knew people who could. In walks Kim G. that’s ok. She donated money. She acts like a 2 yr. old. Telling her Mom she was choosing Danielle over your on daughter. Grow Up Ashley. I really can’t blame Danielle for what she is doing now.Ashley just got a fine when she was taken to court the first time.
