Danielle is being sued by her ex-lover (and co-star of her sex tape) Stephen Zalewski, for defamation of character. But HollywoodLife.com spoke to Danielle’s lawyer who tells us Stephen is actually the one who broke the agreement!
Danielle Staub has another lawsuit on her hands! The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is being sued by Stephen Zalewski, the man in her recent sex tape and individual who allegedly leaked the tape. Stephen’s attorney, Nase Naumoski, filed a suit in Morris County (N.J.) Superior Court, July 15, claiming Danielle has been ruining his reputation. But we spoke to one of Danielle’s attorneys, Bob Cherry, who tells HollywoodLife.com that Stephen is actually the one at fault and they will fight this in court.
“Danielle and Stephen had an agreement,” says Bob, Danielle’s attorney. “There was a confidentiality agreement and Stephen was the one who actually broke the agreement. We will respond appropriately … Stephen breached the contract.”

Is this program popular anywhere besides New Jersey ?????
It’s just sort of hard to believe that she seems to make every news cycle…she’s not exactly photogenic.

Now this is hysterical. Danielle’s spin and lies is catching up with her. She is caught on tape numerous times defaming Steve by making statements she knows to be false. We all watched her do it, ON NATIONAL TELEVISION. Her attorney, notably, is not denying it- he’s just saying that Steve somehow breached an agreement. He probably got paid off not to talk about the fact that she is the one that made the sex tapes, and maybe he’ll get in trouble for that. However, I think he has a good excuse for breaking that agreement to defend his reputation because she was spreading repugnant lies about him! Seriously, to say a man taped intimate moments without your consent is a big deal- especially when you made the tapes yourself! I love that her lies are catching up to her!!!

This is so stupid . . . they’re revisiting situations that we’re technically already handled by the law and by court and trying to get some kind of justice that has already been delivered . . . Ridiculous . . . I knew this would happen . . . When I heard about her revisiting the lawsuit (remember Ashley was tried in court and police had reported the incident) I knew a “CAN OF WORMS” would be open . . . and low and behold . . . it’s true . . . Didn’t she dismiss these cases before cause there was none . . . Sounds to me Danielle is getting bad advice from a lawyer that just wants to profit off of her . . .
