Lindsay Lohan has made a ton of mistakes recently, including hiring power attorney Robert Shapiro, says her dad.
Even though Lindsay Lohan’s new lawyer won one of the most memorable cases in history – yep, he was one the guys that freed OJ Simpson from a lifetime in prison – Michael Lohan tells HollywoodLife.com that Robert Shapiro isn’t nearly good enough for his daughter!
“Horrible choice,” Michael said when we asked him about his thoughts on Lindsay’s new choice of representation. “He didn’t do anything to defend her. And then, he sends her to ‘his’ sober living home! Please….that doesn’t help people addicted to prescription meds, nor keep them out of jail BEFORE rehab.”
Lindsay, 24, is currently staying in Shapiro’s West Hollywood-based sober house, Pickford Lofts, before she heads to the Lynwood Correctional Facility tomorrow, July 20, to begin her 90-day jail and 90-day rehab sentence.

Heaven forbid Lindsay should have to take responsibility for anything!
At this point Shapiro and the judge seem to be the only people in her life to expect her to be more than a mealticket or out of control baby.
How can they expect her to try to get sober and turn her life around if they keep re-enforcing the views that she isn’t good/smart/strong enough to be an adult like all the other 24 year olds?
