Even though Katy Perry dissed Miley by calling her Britney 2.0, Miley Cyrus says it’s actually a compliment to be in the same league as one of the best selling music artists in the world!
Katy Perry may have compared Miley Cyrus to former trainwreck Britney Spears, but the ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ singer isn’t offended — in fact, she’ll take it as a compliment any day!
“I try to look at everything in my life as positive. So I can either look at it and say it’s negative, and look at the things she’s done wrong, and say, ‘How can someone compare me to her?’ ” Miley told reporters at a recent Hannah Montana press junket.
However, the 17-year-old starlet chooses to view Katy’s comment as a compliment! “Or, I could be the positive person and look at all the amazing history that she’s made, and the things that she’s accomplished,” she added.
Not surprisingly, Miley — who gave Britney, 28, a shout out in her hit single ‘Party in the USA’ — refuses to be beaten down by criticism and negative energy.
“I choose to take it as a compliment,” she said.
Take that, Katy!

That’s the greatest compliment she could ever receive, considering she is basically trying to be this decade’s Britney but not doing it nearly as well.

the difference is that britney was selling diamond albums, making a mark in music history and was actually attractive at miley’s age.

Surely you can give these two amazing singers a break. Sure they may have acted like spoiled brats at some time or another but everyone is human. And beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. EVeryone has different tastes.And Miley seems to be popular just like Brittany. Let them alone they both have talent yhou people are just jealous of. walk a mile in their shoes and see how hard it can be sometimes.

If you close your eyes, take a calming breath, and consider the total talent these two women possess, you can almost picture the identical mobile homes that would otherwise be their residences if not for all that money.
