Jesse’s months-long battle with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is finally over! He’s packing his things and moving with Sunny to Austin so they can be closer to his ex-wife Sandra Bullock!
Jesse James can now legally take his little girl Sunny, 7, with him when he moves to Texas to be closer to his ex-wife Sandra Bullock. Jesse prevailed in court July 20 when an Orange County judge ruled that Jesse would be awarded physical custody of Sunny.
Judge Thomas Schulte is allowing Jesse’s ex-wife Janine Lindemulder to see Sunny once a month in the state of California, half of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, two-thirds of summer vacation and her entire spring break.
PopEater reports that Janine is incredibly devastated over the judge’s decision and after the verdict she broke down. “I can’t do this!” she screamed. “I’ll move! I’ll move!”
Sunny is going to live with her dad because the judge thought Sunny needed to be near her other siblings that live with Jesse. Also, the judge said that Janine was in a “fragile position to make poor decisions.”
While walking out of court, a visibly upset Janine spoke to reporters. “Sunny will be fine. It hurts. Sandy is good. Jesse is good. Sunny loves baby Louis. She’s excited to move to Texas. Sandra will be good for her.”
