When Lindsay’s Inferno director, Matthew Wilder, tried to visit her in the slammer last Saturday, he was turned away because she had used up all her visits!
Despite her jailbird status, Lindsay Lohan is still one popular girl! In fact, so many pals have come to visit her at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, Calif. that they’re being turned away – including the director of her most recent film!
Matthew Wilder tells RadarOnline that he was banned from visiting his Lilo, who plays porn star Linda Lovelace in his upcoming film, Inferno, when he came calling on July 24. “I went down to Lynwood and filled in all the paperwork and waited in line for about 45 minutes only to be told at the last minute that I could not see her because she had used up all her visits. I immediately called her assistant, Eleanor, and she told me that she would in fact not be able to see anybody which was really frustrating.”
Even though his leading lady is in the tank through the rest of July and still has to go to rehab for 90 days, Matthew is still aiming for a November start date to begin shooting Inferno.
“Hopefully, she can draw from her experiences and when she comes back from rehab she can shows everybody exactly what she can do,” says Matthew. “Despite everything we still have a lot of confidence in her and back her 100 percent for Inferno.”

This guy is a nobody director who is exploiting her to get attention. Its so transparent. I hope she jumps ship on this one once she has cleared her head in rehab. Inmates have limited visitation hours a week. Am sure she wants to use that time with her family and not this dude. its actually pretty insensitive of him to turn up.
