OH NO! Will Zac Efron Have To Shave His Luscious Locks For His New Film Role?

BFFs, Zac Efron is in talks to star in the new Nicholas Sparks film, The Lucky One! But there’s one major problem, the role is a Marine which means he’ll have to shave his head!
Zac Efron is in the middle of making a life changing decision! Will he take the lead role as a Marine in the new Warner Bros., film The Lucky One, or keep his beautiful dirty blond hair?! The 22-year-old heartthrob is in talks to play, Logan Thibault, a Marine, who returns from Iraq on a quest for love. Logan begins his search for a woman whose photograph he carried in his pocket while at war, but they’ve never met!
Even though we would love to see Zac in a hot Marine uniform, we don’t want him to lose his to-die-for hair! Fellow actor Robert Pattinson was faced with the same predicament when he agreed to star in the upcoming film Water for Elephants. Even though R-Patz chopped off his locks, we still love him … we just hope we feel the same for Zac!
The screenplay is adapted from the best-selling novel by Nicholas Sparks. If you’ve seen any of Sparks’ on screen adaptations, The Notebook, Message in a Bottle, Dear John, then you already know you’ll need a box of Kleenex for this tear jerker!

HA! That is so funny..I was looking for another book to read after I read “Charlie St Cloud”, and finally settled on “The Lucky One”, now I read that Efron may be in this one too! Now I have an image to use as I read the book, lol.

well actually in the book Logan has longish hair when he’s looking for the woman in the picture and only has short hair in his marines flashbacks
