Ed Westwick Wants Ex-GF Jessica Szohr Off ‘Gossip Girl,’ Claims New Report! Would You Be Sad To See Her Go?
Ed is reportedly too “heartbroken” to have Jessica around!
It sounds like the lines are being drawn between former Gossip Girl couple Ed Westwick, 23, and Jessica Szohr, 25. According to the New York Post‘s Page Six, most of the cast has sided with Ed, and Jessica is being ousted from the group! “Ed has really alienated Jessica from the rest of the cast,” a source tells the paper. “Jessica still misses Ed and wants him back. However, he is heartbroken and wants nothing to do with her.”
Last week, Jessica was MIA from Gossip Girl co-star Chace Crawford‘s birthday celebration at Scalinatella Restaurant in NYC. She was the only cast member not in attendance. Jessica was also missing from the Gossip Girl group July 22 when Ed was spotted out in NYC’s East Village having dinner with Chace, Blake Lively, and Penn Badgley.
“Ed doesn’t want to be around her,” confirms the source. “He’s still very hurt” over the breakup.
Ed and Jessica split earlier this year when Ed alledged that Jessica had been seeing well-known socialite, Marco Minuto.
Thankfully for Jessica, she’s had a new gig to keep her mind off her troubles. Her rep confirms she’s been in LA for the past two weeks filming Hirokin. The rep also said Jessica will be back in NYC on July 28 to attend the premiere of Chace’s new movie, Twelve.

I honestly think they need to have contracts for these actors stating they are not allowed to be romantically involved with their co-stars. Look at Chad M. Murray and Sophia Bush, that was horrible.
I do think that its very cold the cast is siding with that P.O.S. who probably cheated on her plenty of times. And there is not actual proof she cheated.
If they do get Vanessa of the show, I wouldn’t mind. Only because the writers are pretty 1-dimensional and never really developed Vanessa at all. They made her join forces with people, but never really had her own story line. The episodes with her mother were decent, but were still very loose and did not solve or resolve anything. However, they need to give her character a justified and proper goodbye and not have her disappear and send a text to Dan saying she’s leaving. Or even kill her off, but make it matter more that chucks dad’s death.
