EXCLUSIVE! Lindsay Lohan’s Lawyer Says She’s Doing Fine In Jail — Looks ‘Beautiful’ & Is ‘Eating Twizzlers’!

It doesn’t sound like jail is ALL that bad the way Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, describes it! Candy and good hair? Check!
Lindsay Lohan may not be having a blast in the slammer, but at least she has her creature comforts! The 24-year-old starlet’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, says her time in jail isn’t all THAT bad – and is hopefully soon to be over!
“[Lindsay] has her hair in a bun right now and looks beautiful,” Chapman Holley told HollywoodLife.com exclusively outside of the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. on July 28. “She wasn’t wearing any makeup that I could see.”
As to what she’s been snacking on in her cell, her lawyer told us, “She’s eating Twizzlers…and has been writing a lot.”
Not too shabby, Lindsay! Add that in to the fresh underwear and cell phone use you’re allowed, and you’re totally living the good life in jail! Although it DOES suck that you won’t be able to read The Old Man and the Sea that your Inferno co-star, Jason Dottley, left for you earlier in the day. “She probably will not be able to get The Old Man in the Sea that was left for her,” said her lawyer, adding, “She can’t accept gifts.” Blast!
Chapman Holley adds that she’s still fighting to give Lilo some distance in between her jail sentence and her 90-day stay in rehab. “I would like to make some arrangements to give her time,” she said, adding, “A rehab facility has not been picked.”

a rehab facility has not been picked? here we f’ing go… i do not hate lindsay, but, i hope the judge keeps her locked up longer if she does not have a facility picked by her end date. it’s such an obvious game, lindsay refusing to pick one b/c she doesn’t want to go- attorney will stress to the judge the importance of it being the “right” facility and needing time to figure that out, etc. well, she should sit in jail til she has her place picked, or the judge should just throw her in the low-rent style facility. i’m sick of her games and she needs to cut the…
