We just learned that as soon as Lindsay finishes up her stint in jail, she’ll check into the Morningside Recovery program in Newport Beach, Calif!

It’s “Goodbye jail” and “hello rehab” for Lindsay Lohan! Once Lindsay is released from the Century Regional Detention in Lynwood, Calif., the actress will have 24 hours to hang out with her family before being transported to rehab. RadarOnline is reporting that Lindsay will be checking into Morningside Recovery in sunny Newport Beach, Calif., an “exclusive addiction and duel diagnosis facility providing drug and alcohol rehab.”

HollywoodLife.com reported that Lindsay, 24, was getting special treatment in jail despite the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department adamently denying it. “My statement remains the same,” said LA Sheriff spokesperson Steve Whitmore. “She’s NOT receiving preferential treatment. It’s business as usual.”

Lindsay is currently finishing up her 90-day jail sentence, where in fact she’s only serving 14 days due to over-crowing.
