Katy Perry’s Glittery Talons, Totally Cool Or Kind Of Crazy?

Would you ever wear sharp, purple and blue glittery nails like Katy Perry?

Katy Perry isn’t exactly the queen of subtlety these days. From her frosting spitting bra in her “California Gurls” music video, to her topless photo shoot after topless photo shoot, to her bright blue wigs, we’ve come to expect crazy, out-there things from her. Her nails are no exception. Just check out her talon-like mani she sported to a press conference for the MTV World Stage Live In Malaysia 2010 music event on July 31 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Katy Tweeted this close up of her purple and blue glittery reverse French mani with the caption, “Perfect claws for the day!” ‘Claws’ seem to be the perfect word to describe Katy’s nails. Personally, I would love this color combo for a fun night out if only it wasn’t painted onto razor sharp nails. I’m not a fan of long, pointy tips for anyone. But, what about you?
