Do you believe it, BFFs? Experts say that Taylor’s buff bud and his savvy movie selection make him way more bankable at the box office than R-Patz!

After seeing Taylor Lautner best Robert Pattinson for two key awards at the Teen Choice Awards August 8 – Choice Male Fantasy actor and Choice Male Hottie - we wondered who was creating more buzz in Hollywood. After speaking to several industry insiders, including agents, directors and a manger, we’ve learned they all feel the same way:  that Taylor, 18, is currently way hotter than fellow Twilight hunk Rob, 24! Can you believe it?

Here’s what the pros say!

#1 Sex sells – and no one is selling his body better than Taylor these days!

“Taylor has a much hotter body ( a la a young Mark Wahlberg) and his reputation is that of a sweet guy. Girls love him and guys want to be him Nothing against R-Patz, but he is not exactly rocking the body or the action Ninja moves to compete with Taylor.” – Manager

“Taylor Lautner is way more marketable and bankable than Robert Pattinson because of the hotness factor. Robert is a sweet guy with looks that are comparable to lead singers from ‘80s bands like The Cure, but it’s a small market of girls that will follow him through his career based on those looks alone. Although talented, he will have a harder time racking in the dough in the long run. When you turn to Taylor, though, he has the charm and good looks to go further in his career. Girls flock to the theater solely to see that man without a shirt!” – Director

#2 Action movies usually have more box office mojo than independent films or dramas.

“Taylor’s film choices are better. Sad drama Remember Me or feisty action flick Stretch Armstrong? I know which one – as a straight male – I’d pick!” – Agent

#3 Rob needs to get naked WAY more than he’s doing!

With his, strong, muscular frame, Taylor can go for a lot more roles that are needed in Hollywood, while Robert will be much more at home in the independent world.
