What is UP with Kim Kardashian‘s face? We noticed that she’s been looking a little – how do we say this nicely? different - lately and decided to consult some experts to find out why. We sent photos of the 29-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star from as far back to 2006 to top plastic surgeons, who tell HollywoodLife.com that Kim has definitely gone under the knife several times – and that she needs to quit while she’s ahead!
“It appears that Kim has undergone a rhinoplasty, or a nose job, to make her nose look straighter and the tip more narrow and refined,” NYC-based surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden tells HollywoodLife.com. “She also looks as if she may have had Botox to her forehead to help it appear smooth, and fillers like Restalyne or Juvederm to the nasolabial folds (laugh lines) and possibly even the lips – although I think genetics has dictated her full lips for the most part!” she added.
But Kim needs to watch out! “She is at the point where she should stop because it’s almost too perfect. She is starting to look tight and plasticty!” Walden tells us, adding, “When stars start using injectibles in multiple areas of their faces, it smooths everything out, so it looks nearly flawless which is not consistent with normal human anatomy.”
Agrees Sarasota, Fla. based physician Dr. J David Holcomb, “She may have undergone a conservative tip rhinoplasty (nosejob) and may also have had some conservative treatments to soften the midface area such as fat grafting.”
Although Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. Ashkan Ghavami calls Kim’s alleged nosejob, “gorgeous!”, Walden still thinks she’s going overboard. “Kim is young and attractive and doesn’t need to do anything else,” she says. “She’s a naturally beautiful woman. Young women in Hollywood are going overboard with injectibles and surgery. Where does she go from here? She turns into Heidi Montag! I would advise against anything else – she’s starting to look fake.”

I Think she look and is beautiful, but to me she uses tons of make up i would really like to see her without a drop of it!!! About the plástico surgiereis i think the only thing she did is the nose you can see it thinner and refine but ofcourse surgeriesare ment to refine not to look diffrent that is why people cannot see the difrence because they expect people to changue dramatically when in reallity the main point of a plástic surgery is to enhace, refine and give u a better aparience without a trace that you went under the knife! She has the money to go to the best surgeon in the world and have this final outcome! I know cause i work with a plástic surgeon ; )

O.K she definitely got some filler or something done to her nasolabial fold and under her eyes. She has lines under her eyes and visible laugh lines when younger but not when older? How does that happen??. I know i’ve heard her say she hates her dark circles under her eyes but damn this is ridiculous. She looks like her mother but not in a good way!
Oh and I also think she wears lacefront wigs at times, look at the last 2 pictures and look at her hairline, it looks different. Maybe she is trying to cover surgery scars? She hasn’t been truthful about many things ( anyone remember when she said there was NO sex tape?) but loads of people in hollywood lie about procedures also.

women don’t change that much between 25 and 29. 4 years can change a lot when you’re say, in your teens, but not in your mid to late 20′s. i don’t think she’s making a mountain out of a mole hill- it’s just that kim’s quite young to be doing so much stuff. i think her work was “good”, but youth and natural beauty is better than a paid for plastic face. you should keep the natural beauty as long as you can before going plastic… in my opinion. nobody is saying she looks bad, but it’s a shame to waste natural youth and beauty.

her nose is amazing! she does look better now. however if u get botox before 36 you’re crazy! it can totally screw up your face. esp when you get older. whats she gonna do at age 50?? go under the knife like her mom kris who by teh way looked terrible in the episode where she yeled at scott! holy moley! her eyes are messed up just like when bruce had his surgury done! she was pretty before! why are they messing with it so soon!

OMG! She looks far better in the earlier pictures…She looks exotic and beautiful and real..the newer pictures she looks like a manican!? Kim …stop the crap in your face… . (one thing I did notice, the makeup made a huge difference) In her earlier pictures, she doesn’t wear the heavy eyeliner on her top lid… now she does.. She needs to wear her makeup that way a few times..she is so gorgeous it makes me ill…:)

i’m sorry people, i just don’t see it. you just can’t compare a 2006 pic to a recent pic & expect it to still look the same. sure, maybe she had a little botox or something done, but i don’t see anything major done to be so overly concerned about. there are bigger things out there that need our attention much more than kim’s face through the years…

I’m not sure if it’s going under the knife so much as Botox. The basic structure of her face seems to be the same, especially her nose. It just seems that her eyes become smaller, and face more “plump,” which is usually a direct effect of Botox or any other type of injectable filler. I agree though, she looked prettier and much more natural in 2006! However, I’m still a huge Kim K. fan, so I still think she’s gorgeous!

She looks like a plastic statue. Her facial emotions never change. The area below her eyes is too taute. She looks unreal. I encourage her to keep on going. She is no different than Heidi Montag only more successful. Plus she is a desperate loser to latch onto a 16 year old for publicity.

it is hard to pinpoint what she’s had done, for sure, but she definitely looks much different. a 25 year old doesn’t change that much in 4 years. i do think it’s good/subtle work, but it’s work… i still can’t get over that all of these young girls use botox so early. it sort of ages them just b/c it looks like they have no emotions and don’t react about anything- which of course is antithetical to the excitable youngsters. they’re young, they’re supposed to be laughing and joking and making faces, not looking “refined”… she’s gorgeous, but i definitely think nose job, fillers and botox- plus better skincare, hare, and makeup. not crazy, but quite a bit for someone her age…

I agree, that’s all make-up. Maybe something small to her nose, but her hair is better looking and her make-up is flawless.

At most I think she’s had a slight adjustment to her nose and possible fillers in her cheeks, but other than that, I think she’s found a killer makeup squad.

Seriously? I don’t see it. I see a girl who has become more refined and polished in front of the camera. Her confidence has increased and she probably got better quality people assisting her.
at most shes into botox and some fillers.

Yes, I have to agree..it looks like 99% makeup and maybe a face fill somewhere…Nose looks the same to me.. she just looks a bit puffier in the new pictures.. Beautiful in all pictures.
