A new report claims Lindsay Lohan is going to be released two months early from rehab because she’s not technically an addict, but an insider tells HollywoodLife.com she still has to fight her biggest battle yet…her mother!
Despite receiving a court-ordered 90 days in rehab, Lindsay Lohan is hoping to be released after only one month of treatment because doctors reportedly discovered she’s not an addict. However, an insider tells us the 24-year-old actress will never stay out of trouble if she doesn’t first deal with the biggest demon of them all, her enabling mom, Dina Lohan.
“Dina has actually told me before, ‘Lindsay has no problem; she’s just a normal girl,’” Los Angeles-based addiction expert Marty Brenner, who’s worked with the Lohan family before, says. “Dina needs her own therapy and she needs to stop living vicariously through Lindsay. She has to understand that what Lindsay’s doing is NOT normal. That’s the only way this will work.”
Even if Lilo gets the go-ahead from the judge to leave rehab at the end of the month, Brenner strongly recommends she get individualized therapy to work through her issues.
“The psychiatrists can say she’s detoxed and she’s coherent, but working on the addiction is another ball game,” Brenner explains. “At that time is when the treatment really works. If they are going to say she’s ready to go just because she’s coherent, then what’s changed? Nothing. You need the whole balance for rehab to work. You have to be there for a while. You have to be involved.”
He adds, “At the end of the day, it’s not the rehab that invokes change…it’s the person. Lindsay will get better if she wants to get better.”

I think it’s a little early to start saying everyone and anyone that called Lindsay an addict needs to apologize! Just because she ‘might’ be released doesn’t mean anything. She also got out of jail early and it’s not because she didn’t do the crime. Technicalities is all we’re talking here.

A physician’s diagnosis is a technicality? It’s okay to admit you where wrong. I was.

Shameful! That’s what that site GossipCop.com has said for months. They had quotes from Lindsay saying she wasn’t an addict and Hollywoodlife and everyone else said she was. They and Lindsay told the truth. Everyone now owes her an apology.

I agree this sentence and Judge was ridiculous.
Yet people will still be saying that because of her previous behavior which she paid for she shouldn’t get out of rehab early when they don’t have a clue.
Deal with it she is getting out early, the pathetic Judge is off the case and she will be giving her interview.
She may even make the Machete premiere
