It is the worst news ever for Bieber Nation — Justin may have a new girlfriend! During a stop on his My World Tour Aug. 21 in Toronto, Justin and his tour mate Jessica Jarrell got on stage together to sing a song while holding hands, hugging, and even dancing with one another. It sure looks like they are dating!
Justin and Jessica have said they are just BFF but it definitely looks like more than that in these photos. What do you think HollywoodLifers?
