These two Twilight lovers will do anything to keep their romance under wraps — which is why they’ve chosen a spot in Bel Air, Calif.  that’s impossible to get to!

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are intensely private people that refuse to talk about their romance, so it’s only natural that to get some REAL alone time they’d choose a spot in the middle of nowhere (and no, that location is NOT Forks, Washington, BFFs)!

The Twilight co-stars are holed up in a huge Bel Air, Calif. house by the Stone Canyon Reservoir that one insider says is like a fortress  – it’s that hard to get in to! “It’s like trying to break into jail or walking through Middle Earth in the Lord of the Rings,” the source dished to HollywoodLife.com of the gated community. “It’s literally miles away from civilization  – you can’t even see it from the entrance way. It’s officially in the middle of nowhere.”

Our insider adds, “One entrance is protected by a huge gate, barbed wire and about 5 security cameras! If they want privacy, they’ll get it – minus helicopters, of course.”

In addition to the huge bonus of privacy, the area is also completely gorgeous – the ideal spot for love! “There are these high, romantic cliffs and endless expanses of lake. It actually looks just like Edward Cullen’s house in Twilight!” our insider dished enthusiastically.

How romantic! As Rob has no further projects in the pipeline until he and his main squeeze start shooting Breaking Dawn together Nov. 1,  perhaps he’ll follow Kristen On the Road; she’ll be shooting in Canada, New Orleans and Mexico through the end of October. If they’re anything like their Twilight characters, Edward and Bella, we bet these two can’t bear to be apart!
