Although Justin Bieber is sick and on his vocal rest, his fingers are still doing just fine! The teen singing sensation has taken to his Twitter to confirm that his fans’ support is actually making him better so that he can play his huge show at NYC’s Madison Square Aug. 31!

“doc agrees…im gonna be good…just need to chill…but no worries…THE SHOW MUST GO ON!!” the 16-year-old cutie, who still managed to play to a huge crowd in Albany, NY last night, tweeted Aug. 25., adding later, “wasnt feeling too hot but ALbany you lifted me up….thank u so much”

Justin’s throat has been bothering him so much lately that he even took a vow of silence during a recent interview promoting his guest spot on Shaq vs., letting basketball great Shaquille O’Neal do all the translating.

“He’s been on tour for a while — been practicing for a while. His throat is sore, so he’s not allowed to talk during this interview,” Shaq said, as Justin enthusiastically bobbed his head up and down.
