Lindsay Lohan hasn’t even been out of rehab for two days and already she’s taken to her Twitter page to moan about the paparazzi. Give us a break already – because you certainly got one!
Whine, whine, whine. That’s all we ever seem to hear from Lindsay Lohan! Although she got lucky and only served 35 days of a 180-day jail and rehab sentence, the 24-year-old actress is already moaning about the state of her life. Are you kidding me?
“Clearly.. Paparazzi shouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video while someone’s driving or at a stop light. 4every1′s sake #trafficpolice,” she tweeted August 26, just two days after leaving her UCLA rehab facility.
I know, she’s complaining for her own safety – but it’s still complaining, nevertheless, and over Twitter, no less! Why couldn’t her first tweet be something positive, like ‘Hi, guys, I’m back, ready to work, and thankful to everyone who supported me during this shitty time?’ Or ‘Life is beautiful’ or ‘I missed my mom’?
Nope, Lindsay clearly didn’t learn any lessons in rehab or jail. In fact, she’s already displaying some typical Lilo behavior: she missed a work function – her new movie, Machete, premiered August 25 – in favor of hanging out late-night with friends, she’s way too thin and she’s too concerned with her appearance – she’s already been tanning and had her roots done from the looks of this photo, taken today in Santa Monica, Calif.
The typical behavior I can live with, but by God, woman – at least be grateful that you’re not wearing an orange jumpsuit, that you have your friends, sunshine and freedom. Tweet THAT, Ms. Lohan.

I’m pleading the press to start ignoring this woman a la Paris Hilton. She hasn’t produced any notable movies for years yet she gets press coverage for being an idiot. All DUI drivers need to spend time in jail for endangering all other drivers on the road. She’s lucky she didn’t kill anybody. She needs to spend time with someone who has lost a loved one because of a DUI driver then she needs to shut up and go away.

It seems to me the law enforcers in LA just don’t get it. Instead of handing out all of these ‘must do’ items for Lindsay on a weekly basis, it seems she could wipe the slate clean by volunteering to go to Pakistan to help with the flood victims. It makes sense, y’all. No drugs. No alcohol. (They’re Muslim) No Twitter (’cause no there would be no time!) Just living in the open on a mat, eating UN and US food and water drops. She could get a real tan, slim down, and be helping mankind at the same time. Maybe she should ask the Judge if they can just drop her from a helicopter over the flood zone. That would end all the drug testing and end her complaints once and for all.

Laura – I’m so with you. Lindsay sounds like she’s back to blaming everyone but herself for her problems. And if the paparazzi and press wasn’t interested in her she wouldn’t be getting offers to sell her story! Lindsay – let’s hear about how u plan to do something positive now!

I think this article is really harsh.
If you watch the video of when she is driving it is clear the paps have no regard for anyone’s safety.
If she did attend the premiere all the attention would have unfairly been on her.
I do agree her first tweet could have more positive but she seems to get slammed for anything and everything she does.
The test is if she can fully comply with her probation requirements until November 1st then she will be free.

November is way too soon for Lindsay to “be free.” It doesn’t matter if she has no addiction to drugs as she has a dependence on alcohol that is life-threatening to her, to anyone foolish enough to get in a car with her, to any other innocent person on the road or even anyone walking. As for the opinion of the doctors at UCLA, I don’t care if this is a supposedly A-1 center those so-called professionals are nuts. Anyone who has spent time with someone severely addicted to any substance knows the amount of time Lindsay has been supervised is just the initial detox period. The cravings for the substances the addict used comes in waves and it takes a very long time to even start to beat that. Add in to the mix the fact that Dina Lohan not only encourages Lindsay to blame everyone but herself but engages in that kind of finger-pointing herself and you have a recipe for dying. Now that is the sad part in all of this because the way Lindsay is going on, I don’t see her living more than 2 years from now.
