Lindsay and new gal pal Eliat Anschel hit up the Chateau Marmont in the actress’ brand new $150,000 Maserati & didn’t even make it there before being pulled over by the cops — it looks like rehab may have been a failure again for the troubled starlet!
Lindsay Lohan, you’re going to get BUSTED again if you keep this up! Lilo was back to what she does best Aug. 28 — hitting up the town with her friends in tow and with the cops right behind her. Before arriving at the Chateau Marmont with new BFF Eliat Anschel, Linds was pulled over by a cop for running a stop sign according to X17 Online.
Despite Celebuzz reporting that Lindsay was going 120 mph, “blowing through stop signs and red lights,” the cop let her off with just a warning!
This comes just four days after Lindsay’s release from rehab on Aug. 24, where she was only forced to serve 22 of the recommended 90 day sentence.
We are not saying Lindsay can’t hang out with friends, but maybe she should be a bit more careful after just being release from jail. If she doesn’t watch herself , she may wind up back behind bars!

It’s hard to believe the cop was more stupid than Lindsay. The cop must have been a rookie and she must have flirted, (or cried) her way out of it. As for Lindsay, I really wanted to see her straighten up. I don’t even know why. I’m not a fan in any way. I think I felt that Hollywood used and abused her to some degree. However, after the crying she did last week about how she, “wants her life back” (and who wouldn’t with a $150,000 Maserati going to the Chateau Marmont), but is still being an idiot, she has no more smypathy from me, (I’m sure she’ll be devastated).

sure it’s fine to hang out with friends…but why does she insist on only doing it in the middle of the night?? doesen’t something seem wrong with this to you america?? the girl isn’t going to do good on her own. she dosen’t want to be helped…

She only served 22 of the recommended 90 day sentence…and they wonder why they don’t learn their lesson? Of course, if you weren’t a celebrity you’d probably get locked up for life. I am so sick of reading about the preferential treatment these spoiled losers get and then the moronic fans who feel sorry for them. Boo-hoo.

I don’t see the big deal she is just out of rehab and enjoying her freedom.
People should give her a break.
She was tested for drugs and alcohol on Thursday and passed.
