WATCH OUT Lindsay Lohan! Top Attorney Tells Us If You REALLY Had A Hit-And-Run With A Baby, You Need To Report It NOW!
Lindsay could be in more trouble than ever. The recently released jailbird reportedly hit a baby with her Maserati, and attorney Raoul Felder says she might have more bars in her future.
Lindsay Lohan, 24, just doesn’t seem to get it. You would think she’d be volunteering and changing her image since being released from both jail AND rehab early, but Linds is clearly too cool for that. The once Hollywood A-lister not only was pulled over Aug. 28 for blowing a stop sign, but she also reportedly hit a baby stroller Sept. 1 — yes, there was a child inside the stroller.
HollywoodLife.com spoke with Raoul Felder, named as one of America’s 100 most powerful lawyers in New York Law Journal, who says Lindsay could be in very serious trouble, even if no police report was filed.
“In Los Angeles the pedestrian always has the right of way,” says Mr. Felder. “Even if it’s a green light and the pedestrian is j-walking they still get the right of way.”
Lindsay might think she’s in the clear since no one reported the incident to the LAPD or LASD [HollywoodLife.com spoke with both departments] but according to Raoul, this actually makes the situation even worse.
“First off, it’s against the law to not report an accident, and that’s an offense within itself and it was Lindsay’s responsibility to do that,” says Raoul. “There are murders that don’t get reported and there are still investigations. If the investigation can prove that she really hit the stroller even if the baby wasn’t hurt, she could lose her license and most likely go back in the cooler. I don’t see how she’s going to walk away from this one when she has a record already.”
Like we’ve said before, Lindsay shouldn’t even be behind the wheel of a car — what is she thinking?!
“I would advise her to not drive cars and treat every day as if she were being photographed,” says Raoul. “I would tell her ‘don’t go near a car and don’t be in a room where anyone is drinking.’”
Raoul is referring to the recent photographs of Lindsay on TMZ that show her in a room with several bottles of alcohol.
“If there’s photos of liquor bottles that’s not going to impress any judge,” says Raoul. “Whatever hope there is for Lindsay is diminishing rapidly and she is clearly unable to help herself.”

An eyewitness (one that wasnt trying to sell a video/scandalous story about it, and therefore actually reliable) said that lindsey had a GREEN light and was turning as the woman stepped into the street, he said she had Barely started turning so was going like all of 3 mph, and she nicked the stroller, she then got out of her car to see if everything was ok, and the WOMAN PUSHING THE STROLLER said they were just fine. so She left. I am no lindsay fan, but honestly, Lay off alittle, your complete bias against this girl is totally showing.

I am not buying this story. I read on another site that another witness saw something totally diff and another one said that a video that was supposed to be AFTER the incident showed the woman with the baby carriage walking along like nothing happened. If this truly happened and someone ID’s Lindsey dont you think that person would have called her in right away?? I mean, come one! This is a pap we are talking about. They would have gotten big money shots if they turned her in but yet nothing was reported? That and dont you think a mother would have called the cops? I call bullsh*t on this. I dont think Lindsay is perfect by any means but I think she is just such an easy target now. This story has just too many holes in it.

Let me add this:
If you drink and drive and lose your license do you think they stop drinking or stop driving? They will still drink and still drive without a license because they don’t know any better and continue to do over and over and over until they kill someone and then maybe, I said maybe go to jail.

How Could Lindsay Report Something She Didn’t Know About?
Why, if that mattered at the time, didn’t someone else report that at the time?
Anyone involved in any serious matter would have been charged at the time of discovery.
What sort of parent wouldn’t keep any child out of harms way?
This appears to have been a scam of cons involved to try to extort money.
Why did they go to the news or anyone else if this was a serious legal matter that should have been reported to police? That alone makes those involved in failure to report serious illegal conduct. Something anyone who knew anything about the law should have know better about.
Those involved in such illegal soliciting should be reported and charged for defamation, extortion, felon harassment and privacy.

People know all of the trouble she’s been in, so anyone could easily say Lindsey Lohan did something and EVERYONE will believe it without thinking twice. Leave the poor girl alone and worry about yourselves.
