Photos! Elin Nordegren Goes House Hunting While Tiger’s $54 Million Bachelor Pad Gets A Makeover!
Tiger & Elin are keeping their homes close together to make their shared custody easier.
Now that Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren‘s divorce has been finalized, the exes are moving on — and moving out! RadarOnline.com reports that while Tiger wasted no time shelling out $54.5 million for his Jupiter Island home, Elin has yet to find her new dream house. She spent Labor Day weekend searching for new digs in Florida, and a friend tells the site she did it with a smile on her face. “She’s much happier,” Elin’s pal says. “The divorce being finalized is obviously helping her get back to herself.”
Elin reportedly went looking for homes with her and Tiger’s two children — Sam, 3, and Charlie, 1 – in South Florida. Before checking out homes Saturday, Elin dropped the kiddies off with Tiger’s mom Friday night so she could catch up with friends.
“She had a fun weekend,” a friend of Elin’s says. “[She] was really able to relax more than she has in a long time.”
Sources close to Elin say she plans on keeping Sam and Charlie’s nannies and would also like to find a home with a guest house, or guest wing, for her mother-in-law.
Meanwhile, far away from Tiger and Elin’s potential Florida homes, Tiger’s #1 mistress Rachel Uchitel recently plunked down $2 million (of Tiger’s money) on a swanky new apartment in New York City.

Well well we cannot say that they suffer in that direction, they got it nailed down to some great homes on both sides….nice!….It is easier to suffer and cry in a BMW than it is to suffer on a bike! you know what I mean…..ha ha ha
